The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy (WG11) is pleased to announce that The Sedona Conference Incident Response Guide has been published for public comment. The full Incident Response Guide can be downloaded without charge by clicking here.
Advanced Discovery’s Vice President of Data Forensics, Warren Kruse, is part of Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy (WG11) that developed and edited the guide and will be accepting and working on public comments.
WG11 developed the Incident Response Guide to provide a comprehensive but practical guide to help practitioners and organizations deal with the multitude of legal, technical, and policy issues that arise whenever a data breach occurs. The Incident Response Guide is open for public comment through June 19, 2018. Questions and comments on the Incident Response Guide are welcome through June 19 and may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The drafting team will carefully consider all comments received, and determine what edits are appropriate for the final version.
